The Furman IT-Reference 16Ei.

The IT-Reference 16Ei has the following features.

The IT-Reference 16Ei has four separate and isolated output banks of IEC connectors. All outlets provide Linearly filtered AC. Additionaly the source and control component outputs have Symmetrically Balanced power and the amplifier outlets have a high current at very low impedance capability. The separate output banks allow sensitive components to be isolated from each other and the current demands of amplifiers will not impact other components.

The IT-Reference 16Ei, has very high current reserves (over 80 amps peak charge) for the most extreme amplifier peak power demands. This enables power amplifiers to simply "breath" better, with much tighter bass control and better faster transient response. This eliminates any concern the IT-Reference 16Ei might suffer the current compression found in typical power conditioners. In fact it is the opposite, it will buffer the power amplifier's power supply!
